BRIEF HISTORY OF SOCIAL DEMOCRACY

There is only one way to fight against any ideology – to create a better ideology. But we need to explain against what we are fighting. Here it is.

The ideology is something that unites people in a State. That also means that State is not possible without ideology.

But your ideology is influencing your behavior in a certain way. What that influence means to the people we would discuss in another article.

Official ideology of Canada is Social Democracy. Some people would argue that the Social Democracy is not an ideology. But what it is? The science? The definition of ideology is that it is something that you believe, but in reality does not exist.

Social Democracy is based on two main ideas:

1. That all people are equal

2. And that people are able to change something by voting

Well, both points are illusions and nothing more. Starting from insects like ants and bees we can see that their society are highly divided and specialized. The same applies to the people.

In regard to voting: when the government is tightly controlling all mass media, then what that voting is going to change?

From the very beginning the Social Democracy was by an accident created by the slave owners in the Ancient Athens as a wonderful way to wage a war against Persians without any Gold. That means that from beginning the Social Democracy had a very practical application. That helped Social Democracy to survive throughout the Roman Empire to 17th Century of our time when French King decided to use Social Democracy as a war tool in the Sugar Wars against British Empire. For this purpose the Social Democracy was downgraded to the level of common people from previously being only ideology of the upper class. It is strange that a French King would put so much money and efforts in developing the Social Democracy, but solution indeed was very practical. The American immigrants were of so many different origins and religions that it was impossible to unite them in any other reasonable way. The Social Democracy was some kind of super ideology that would do just that. And it worked. One thousands of French soldiers under General Lafayette and a group of well-trained in France but German speaking Social Democrats did the excellent work. Why the German-speaking? Because on the American side the military force mostly consisted of German colonists and on British side there were fighting German mercenaries. In such way the United States of America was created – the very first State with Social Democracy as the State ideology. And General Lafayette got a monument in downtown Buffalo. When they were not needed any more, most of the French-trained Social Democrats returned back to France. And guess what? They did the same in France. So, France became the second country under the Social Democracy. Napoleon as well was widely using Social Democratic ideology as an essential propaganda tool in his war efforts against neighboring States. He was so successful in using Social Democratic ideology that it caused peasants’ revolts in England and forced English quickly to accept the Social Democracy as a State ideology as well. From that moment the Social Democracy like a fire rapidly went around the Globe. Germany, Austria, Russia, China, and so on.

You can go to Google and you would easy find history of any ideology or religion. But history of Social Democracy is not there. Nobody wants to write it. It is too bloody… It looks like we have to write that history. This task is extremely difficult as some US and English archives containing crucial information about US and English involvements in 1917 Russian revolution and following Chinese revolution are still locked at least until year 2045.
